It is the policy of the Lakewood Photo & Imaging that personal information, such as your name, personal postal and email address, or personal telephone number is private and confidential. Because your privacy is important to us, the association maintains a website privacy policy to protect your personal information.

By using this site, you consent to the terms of our privacy policy for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes set out below. Return Policy

Returns will not be accepted for film, photographic paper, chemistry, software, scrapbooking papers, pens, adhesives, or any item that cannot be returned in like new condition, both in appearance and packaging.  Defective items will be handled in accordance with specific manufacturer's warranties.

Prior to returning any item, return authorization must be given by a Lakewood Photo manager.  The management may be contacted by any of the following;

All returns must have the original receipt, manuals, unopened software, warranty cards, and any other original literature.

Items returned for exchange, credit, or refund are subject to a 20% restocking charge if returned within 30 days.  Returns after 30 days are not accepted.  Shipping charges or return shipping charges are not refundable.

We strongly suggest using a shipping method such as UPS or FEDEX that provides tracking information, have the item properly insured by shipper, and packaged in a manner that will assure safe arrival to our location.

Policy Revisions

Any changes to the organization’s privacy policy will be promptly communicated on this website. Policy changes will not alter how we handle previously submitted personal information.
